Egg-less flour-less, sugar-less, and yummy banana oatmeal cookies
1. 3 mashed bananas
2. 1/3 cup applesause
3. 2 cups oats
4. 1/4 cup almond milk ( I did not have almond milk and used non fat milk)
5. 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
6. 1 tsp vanilla
7. 1 tsp cinnamon
Mash bananas and mix in vanilla, apple sauce, and cinnamon. Add oats followed by milk, Mixture will be wet. Add raisins if desired.
Drop approx. one heaping tablespoon onto a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray. Place into preheated 350 degree oven.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
They are moist and taste great warm or cool.
Super easy recipe. I think next time I will try the almond milk. Thommmee loved them and so did I!
